I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. My counseling journey has provided me with valuable experience in working with a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, codependency issues, interpersonal conflict, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and the complexities of work and life-related stress. I have a particular affinity for grief counseling.
My counseling approach draws from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Person-Centered therapy, all rooted in an Adlerian perspective. This eclectic approach allows me to tailor my counseling to each individual's unique needs.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults of all ages, and couples. In addition to individual counseling, I also facilitate Anger Management and Drug/Alcohol Abuse groups.
My commitment to authenticity and my deep passion for helping individuals holistically create a positive therapeutic environment, fostering the most effective path towards healing and growth.
