I hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, which I earned from Walden University. My counseling philosophy is rooted in a non-judgmental approach, guided by the belief that individuals are doing their best with the knowledge they possess. I am a strong advocate for the idea that the answers we seek often lie within us.
My counseling journey is driven by a passion for assisting individuals in various areas, including helping them establish healthy boundaries, fostering effective communication, and navigating the challenges of daily life. I bring valuable experience in addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, grief, bipolar disorder, and trauma.
In my practice, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Additionally, I offer Christian therapy for those who desire it. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment where individuals can find the guidance and tools they need to lead fulfilling lives.
