Sydney Neuman, Brenau Clinical Counseling Intern

Sydney Neuman, Clinical Counseling Intern

Hello, I'm Sydney Neuman, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth. As a counseling intern currently pursuing my graduate degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology at Brenau University, I bring both academic excellence and genuine compassion to our therapeutic work together.

My educational journey reflects my deep commitment to understanding the whole person. I hold a bachelor's degree in Biobehavioral Health and a master's degree in Public Health from Pennsylvania State University, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of how mental health intersects with physical well-being and community factors.

I believe that every person's story is unique, which is why I embrace an eclectic therapeutic approach. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I thoughtfully integrate evidence-based practices to create a counseling experience that truly fits your individual needs, circumstances, and goals.

Having worked extensively with at-risk populations, I understand that life's challenges can feel overwhelming and that seeking support takes tremendous courage. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued—regardless of your background or the struggles that brought you here.

In our work together, you'll find a supportive environment that adapts to your pace and needs. My goal is to empower you with tools and insights that support your own natural capacity for growth and resilience. I'm continually learning and refining my approach because I believe you deserve the most effective, current therapeutic support available.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, working through difficult emotions, or simply seeking to understand yourself better, I'm here to support your journey of self-discovery with warmth, professionalism, and unwavering respect for your unique path forward.
