Keesha Shine, MA

I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in March of 2018 from Touro University Worldwide. Following my graduation, I have garnered extensive experience in the realms of addiction counseling, depression management, parenting strategies, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) intervention, and anxiety treatment. One of my core areas of professional enthusiasm centers around assisting couples in nurturing constructive relationships and fostering stronger emotional connections.

In my therapeutic practice, I draw upon a diverse array of theoretical approaches, including Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. My overarching objective is to facilitate clients in cultivating a healthier self-perception, fostering a deeper understanding of their emotions, and ultimately attaining a more purposeful and fulfilling life.
