Lauren is a dedicated Master's-Level Clinician with over 14 years of experience in Behavioral Health. She is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized support to children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges and transitions.
With a strong foundation in justice-involved youth work, Lauren brings more than a decade of specialized experience supporting adolescents (ages 14+) facing court involvement, probation, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and high-stress circumstances. Her Trauma-Informed, Strength-Based Approach creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where teens can build resilience, develop coping skills, and thrive.
Lauren also specializes in Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health, offering dedicated support to Women experiencing Postpartum Anxiety, Depression, the Transition to Motherhood, Maternal Identity Shifts, and other life changes. She understands how overwhelming or disconnecting these periods can feel and provides empathetic guidance to help women reconnect with themselves and embrace their evolving roles. As part of her commitment to community support, Lauren facilitates an ongoing virtual Navigating Motherhood: Postpartum Group, a welcoming space for connection, validation, and shared experiences among new mothers.
Lauren holds a Master’s of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, with Minors in Psychology and Sociology.
Lauren blends her unique background in criminal justice and mental health to meet clients where they are, fostering healing, empowerment, and lasting positive change in a collaborative, compassionate therapeutic relationship.
